Payment for group courses

• No payment is made for the 1st class, in case of a decision not to continue the course, the client has no obligation to the center.
• Payment is made in three parts by prepayment.
• In case of joining a current group, the amount of the previous lessons is deducted from the total amount.

Absences

1 or 2 absences are not supplemented or compensated. 3 or more consecutive absences are compensated by individual lessons / 3 group lessons = 1 hour of individual lessons / or the amount corresponding to the absences is deducted from the last payment.

In case of cancelation of the course by the client, the center is obliged to make a refund of 90% of the balance

Payment for individual courses

It is paid for each 1 (one), 5 (five) or 10 (ten) classes in prepaid or postpaid version.
It is necessary to inform the center in advance about the preferred payment method.

Absences:

In the case of an individual course, only the lessons actually taken are counted.
The client can cancel or postpone the lesson
• In the case of an onsite course at least 2 hours before the scheduled start
• In the case of an online course, at least 1 hour before the scheduled start;
otherwise the lesson time will be calculated according to the current hourly rate.

Procedure for canceling the course

In case of cancelation of the course by the client, the center is obliged to make a final settlement of the paid amount - return of 90% of the balance.
