Can I join a current group?
Yes, after the test we may offer you to join a current group, in which case the lessons you did not attend will be deducted from the total amount.
Can I join 2 groups of different levels at the same time?
No, the program of each level is a continuation of the previous one, to ensure your progress you need to pass the levels in order.
What is my level?
We offer free testing, as a result of which we will determine your level and offer to join the corresponding group.
There is no need for testing for beginners.
What literature do you need to get for the courses?
We provide training materials for all courses for free.
What is the trial lesson for?
During the trial lesson you get acquainted with the teaching method and the language level indicated as a result of the test is confirmed.
What languages are taught in your center?
In our center you can learn French, English և Armenian (as a foreign language).
When will the next group start?
New groups start regularly. All you have to do is register in the appropriate group; we will contact you to inform you about the start of the group.
Is a certificate issued at the end of the course?
Yes, a certificate of participation is issued at the end of each level.
Can I cover up the missed lessons?
In case of 1 or 2 absences no compensation is made. For each 3 consecutive absences an individual lessons is provided or the amount corresponding to the absences is deducted from the last payment.
Can I postpone or cancel the individual lesson?
Yes, in case of online lessons at least 1 hour before the start, and in case of offline lessons at least 2 hours before the start, otherwise the lessons are calculated according to the current hourly rate.
